I got a other anemone on friday since then its been in a tank with no light ,will it be okay till thursday when I have time to move it to my display tank?"

No. It needs light. What I have done is when the light goes off on the DT, I use it on the QT tank for the night. That way I don't need to buy a another light just for QT.

It’s probably fine through the weekend, but you are flirting with trouble if it goes much longer than that.

Unlike corals, your anemone can and will move when the condition is not right. They will move unless you put him in a prison. They will even just let go of the rock and float straight into your PH.
No light for week will stress him, but not kill him, however, I think you will have puree anemone soup looking into your tank soon if you don't turn on the light.
