How long does it take for popeye to heal?

Hello,

One of my oldest tankmates, a clownfish, got popeye and it seemed to have gotten better but he still blind. He cannot eat unless I stick the cube in front of his face for him to take a bite. It used to be really inflated but it has gone down and is just cloudy now. I did do 4 days of Fritz Maracyn.

Please post a pic or two of eye to best assess and under white light intensity, no blue. Generally about 5 days especially if using erythromyacin in the form of maracyn in a separate tank as pictured below

Yes, a clear pic of both eyes is needed here. If only one eye is affected, that doesn’t really explain the complete blindness.

How long has the fish had symptoms?
