How long should I run LEDs

This is what I have

not a 100% on how long I should run these LEDs and what about the blue (on&off) LEDS ?? Any help would be great

I run a 132 w led fixture on a 10 g tank, blues 60% for 8 hrs, whites 20% for 4 hrs.

Lights are 14 inches above the water surface!!

I run my lights from 10:30am - 9:30 pm

I got a 55g and the led are only 6" off the water and run them about 12hrs
