What about my bio filtration ?
Are you talking about some kind of bottled bacteria? I’d put it in with the sand and rock. Are you using live rock or dry?

live rock and no, I'm talking about the filtration that goes in the sump like the socks and bio filtration media. will i put that in first or does the rock and sand go in first?

I also added frizts turbo 900 and dr Tim’s anomia. So it’s good time to add a socks? Bio media and turn on skimmer?
May want to hold off on the skimmer with Dr Tim's at first. The bacteria is fixed on some tiny microsubstrate and I bet you would actually skim a bunch of the bacteria out. Check the Dr Tim's directions. They may also say no socks.

Socks and skimmer won’t really matter because there’s not anything in the tank to get filtered (check the bacteria instructions). The bio media should definitely go in since it will give the bacteria a place to propagate.

You definitely should close your skimmer for at least 4 hours after adding the bacteria. Filter socks are fine to use since the sock micron are larger than the bacteria.

The bacteria are certainly smaller than the sock pores, but tims one and only are affixed to very small beads, if I remember correctly, which could be filtered out. . Worth double checking on, if OP hasn't already done it.

He’s using the dr Tim’s ammonia not the one and only. He’s using the Fritz turbo 900 for the bacteria starter. Either way, he needs to follow the instructions on the bottle. It will say if socks need to be removed or if the skimmer needs to be turned off.
