Dream Big!Just dreaming here but:
When i watched my CB inhale these suckers it looked effortless and i've seen videos of filefish pulling them off rocks and sand as well. It appears they use a powerful suction to pull them off instead of an actual bite. After they pull them off they chew a bit, but i have been thinking what if a device was invented that had an adjustable length 1/4 inch i.d. plastic theive (like a mini coliwasa tube) and it had a Y rigged up to it with a triggered CO2 cartridge that blew back into a vented jar or cup on the dry end. That way one might be able to zero in on a nem and quick blast them to suck them up into the jar without much water being pulled out. HMMM?
Someone could make a fortune on something like that if it worked as i think it might.
i may have to break out my McGyver goggles and play around. I need money to maintain this hobby LOL.

Yes, great asset for aiptasia control.I will wait it out for a while. the CB i gave away to help a friend went tile surfing at his place (sad). I purchased another that didn't touch them. i tried to get it to eat with black worms, brine and mysis but could not find live blood worms. My LFS lost their outlet for those. My CB eventually withered and was found one morning stuck to the grill of one of my MP's. I will try another if i'm finally convinced the Berghia will have no affect.
does yours keep your glass nems in check?

nice. well you have more luck than me. mine were a litle bigger than rice grains and i put them in a cubby near a shelf where there were lots of nems. they hung around together for a night and looked like a couple were fooling around but they disappeared the next evening when i shined a light in and around that area. Hope they continued their honeymoon and there will be lots of little critters showing up in the next few weeks. i just need to be patient.1 hour and truly amazing. One aiptaisa gone. Note the before picture, great and fascinating hobby.![]()
