I know size matters too...my main goal is to have enough room for all the fish to live comfortably...so I try to get different types of fish meaning free swimmers to burrowers and ones that hang out in the rock so everyone has there own territory and it's not too cramped. Right now I have a maroon clown, swissguard basslet, barnacle blenny, and a recently purchases hi fin red stripped goby. I was wondering if I could get a tailspot blenny or would that be pushing the envelope?

Just add slowly and see how your water quality holds up. There isn't a set fish limit for any tank regardless of size.

I've been using an acclimation chamber with new fish, an idea I got from Mike Paletta which seems to ease the new fish effect of the clown showing she's queen ish to new fish...I'll see how it goes with the new goby after I add it to the tank, hopefully all will be good and I'll go from there....thanks for the help.
