How many GPH needed for skimmer pump?

Stuck my hand in the tank and got shocked. Turns out it’s my skimmer water intake pump causing it. Lost two clowns but tang and engineer goby both appear healthy.
I need a new pump for my HOB skimmer but have no idea how many GPH it needs to take in. My skimmer is either a really old CPR backpack or an off brand of it, I bought it used. I’ll attach images of the old pump and the skimmer disassembled.

I’m sorry for your loss with your clowns. Does your tank seem to have any physical damage?

If that's an MJ900 don't buy a marineland version as a replacement, get a cobalt aquatics MJ900. the cobalts are pricier but better quality
