I have 2 60g frag tanks tied into about a 240 gallon system when done, a Biocube 29, a 90g freshwater, a 3g African dwarf frog tank and a 300 gallon outdoor pond.

I have my systems set up so that my maintenance is minimal. I have a 400gpd RODI system with 20g pressurized tank and always have 45g of saltwater mixed and ready to go. I do weekly 5 gallon WC on the 40b's and only do about monthly water changes on the freshwater tanks. I have to change filter sock every few days, but that only takes a few minutes for all the tanks. I don't dose, rarely test water params, only if something seems off, and feed everyday.

I am not retired, work almost 50h/week, and commute 1 hour each way to work.

I only have pics of 2 tanks right now.

I have 2 tanks - a 120g and 65g (yes semi retired - but still travel quite a bit) and minimal water changes - trident hybrid (sort of) and starting nano frag tank

Nice. I only have a 120 and it feels like takes up a lot of time already. But I enjoy it! I am debating if I should start a small tank, 30-50g.

At first I debated it but I have fish & corals that have different needs so a second tank was my only option. After having the pair you get in a rhythm and things aren't quite as bad as you may have thought. Yes it's twice the lights, pumps, sumps, etc.. but the satisfaction I get when tinkering w/them helps me forget the current world affairs.

true, there’s a lot of ups and down in this hobby. But sometimes, its well worth it.
