Finished 30 days of copper and want to start prazipro. How much aeration should I go with? My qt has a Tidal 35 HOB, sponge filter, and a sumpless ato. Do I need to add an additional airstone?

If the sponge filter is air operated and running strongly, that would be enough. The key is to break the surface tension of the water (not just ripple it). That said, you can’t really over aerate.Finished 30 days of copper and want to start prazipro. How much aeration should I go with? My qt has a Tidal 35 HOB, sponge filter, and a sumpless ato. I would definitely add one.
As others have said - the more the better - Its impossible for 'us' to see how much aeration you have. Best wishes with your fish

Sure - but those clog pretty easily and require higher pressure pumps. Personally, I just use the coarse green stones.Could I use a wooden airstone? Like these?

Mostly, but praziquantel doesn’t treat for all worms, so nematodes could still be an issue, but rarely.Sounds good. Next question, in the 30 days of copper and over the couple days of removal, I have not noticed any signs of worms (poop) etc. Is it safe to assume we won’t always see signs of such things?
Am air stone will suffice. It lowers oxygen and appetite but not drasticallyFinished 30 days of copper and want to start prazipro. How much aeration should I go with? My qt has a Tidal 35 HOB, sponge filter, and a sumpless ato. Do I need to add an additional airstone?
