How much chemical consumption does your tank use?

Good Afternoon,

I would like to just do a simple comparison between different tanks

I want to see a picture of your tank whether its lightly stocked heavily stocked or somewhere in between. Then post your daily consumption numbers.

Ill start with mine. Currently I am in the ballpark of
Alk 0.5 dkh per day
Cal 3.5 ppm per day
Mg 0.2 ppm per day

And here is a picture of my tank.

(FWIW not sure why I consume so much Alk but Everything seems happy so why worry)

0.5 dKH per day is not that much. Coralline algae alone can consume 2 dKH per day.

Most tanks consume 0.5 to 3 dKH per day.

pH and the absolute alk level will impact the demand.

I have a "decent" amount of corals. so figured that was high for my amount haha

My little 25 gallon tank sucks up 1.5dKH of alk a day Its also loaded with hard corals and LPS.

My 20g was consuming maybe .2dKH a day? Not that much, but I didn't have a ton in there

based on dosing 34ml/day of AFR to my 108 gallon system, I think I am using

0.5dkh and about 3.3ppm of Ca.

I'm at 2.35 dkh per day, 1.9dkh using my own hydroxide based 2 part (210ml of each) and 45ml of all4reef, 5ft waterbox peninsula (around 590ltr - 155gal).
