how much sand?

I have a deep sand bed in my fuge, about 5 1/2 inches. My question is how deep does the sand have to be in my DT to have a gobie? was only gonna put about 1 to 1 1/2 inches so i can clean it easier.

You can do 1/2 up to 2 ...gobies only clean the top 1/4-1/2 inch of sand....

I'd say an inch or two...If you have too much sand your goby will pile it all up in a corner (like mine)...
