How much should I feed 2 fish?

I have Prime Reef flakes and PE Mysis. Im wondering how much I should feed my two fish? I have a Black Ocelarius and an Orchid Dottyback in my 15 gallon column aquarium. They are smaller fish. The dotty doesn't seem to eat the flake so I usually feed a very small pinch of that in the AM and in the evening I give them a half a cube of frozen mysis. Is this a sufficient amount of food for the two of them or should I be feeding a whole cube?

I feed my two ocellaris, my melanurus wrasse, and yellow clown goby roughly 1/6th a cube 3x a day.

A half cube of PE mysis is more than enough for those fish. Could easily get by on 1/4. That stuff is so fattening. I only use it for my copperbanded or when I'm not going to be able to feed for a few days. I also thaw and rinse it very well before feeding. Personally i go with the regular cube mysis. Again you could feed 1/4 cube of that also and it would be way less oily. I go between 8-12 fish in my 120g and they only get 1 to 1.5 cubes of regular mysis once a day. All are fat and happy.

I feed around 1/4 PE cube for a purple firefish, pink streak wrasse and cleaner shrimp twice a day. I try to swap the afternoon meal with pellets or other carnivore food.

Also, ditch the flakes. IMO flakes have no place in a reef tank other than maybe for upping no3 and po4.

If you want/need to feed dry try either spectrum new life pellets or hikari marine s.

I find it really hard to feed flakes or pellets, id prefer to feed what the fish naturally eat

Great responses guys, thanks for the info. I will use 1/4 of a cube and I do always dump off the excess water and only feed the shrimp. I will ditch the flakes. Maybe supplement with pellets if I feel it's necessary.

You could also spread the food out over the day, will help reduce waste.
