How often do you empty your protein skimmer cup?

Aquaone G216 Skimmer in my Sump.

I clean it once per week regardless of the contents of the collection cup.
Bit of a mix between wet and dry skimming. Mostly dry but it does go a bit wet just after feeding.

Of my weekly clean, I day say there is less than 1cm worth of skimmate in the skimmer. Regardless there are still chunks in it.

I empty when it approaches 3/4 full and clean the neck
