Please help me. I wanted to modify my order with Reef Cleaners this week but for the life of me, could not figure out how. John sent me a link to the steps involved in adding items to an existing order. I tried to follow the steps but came to a dead end. When I clicked on the link it took me to a "Add Items" page. The page shows a picture of a empty shopping cart and a quantity select button. It also shows a price of 1 cent and a unselectable item box with the number 274 in it. The only thing selectable is the quantity of item you want. The page does not show a list of store items. So, just to see what would happen, I selected a quantity of 7 and proceeded to the next page which looked like the checkout page. It showed a price of 7 cents and some item number. There was no description of what the item was and a price if 7 cents makes no sense. I'm obviously doing something wrong. There has to be a way to modify and an existing order before it ships. Can someone who has purchased from Reef Cleaners help me? Thanks...

So, does adding one "Add To Cart" item allow me to add as many snail types to my order as I want or do I need to add one of these for each animal type?. For example, let's say I want to add 3 different snail types in various quantities. Do I need to add 3 "Add To Cart" items or just 1 "Add To Cart" item?

Thank you John for your help. I think I understand now but the part that is still unclear is the quantity select box for the "Add To Cart" item. What determines how many of these 1 cent "Add To Cart" items to select?

Also, I really wanted to add more speckled cerith and nassarius snails to my order that is already on the way but wasn't able to because of my confusion. But, now I will have to wait to place another order until I can cover the cost of another shipping charge. I'm somewhat disappointed and hope the snails I ordered will be enough to clean up my tank for now.
