Hey all! I have a 200 gal acrylic aquarium that I’ve had in storage and finally have the chance to set it back up! It has some very light scratches and I’m wondering what’s the best way to buff it? I’m planning to use an orbital buffer/sander, I just don’t know what solution to use. I head a lot of people say headlight buffer kits are good. What do yall recommend?

You can sand and buff it. Like above Novus is good.
My method is to use the finest grit wet dry sand paper as possible to first smooth out the scratch. Use lots of water. Working up to 3000 grit. Then a final polish with acrylic cleaner.
They make mini discs if using a drill. I did a 250g for the Texas parks and wildlife . It had been used as a turtle tank . Mucho scratches. Be sure you lay it on something super clean if you have to lay it on its front to get inside. Don’t want to cause more scratches
