Hi all,
I've seen varying opinions on this, and I'm getting confused. Right now my tank holds steady about 8.1dkH and 400ppm Ca. I am dosing Seachem fusion 2 part, but I'm dosing 2.2mL Ca | 5mL Alk per day. I am reading that I should be dosing them in equal parts. How does this work? If I start dosing Ca at 5mL / day, wouldn't my Ca shoot through the roof? Or is it that when I increase my Ca to 5mL / day, the Alk will also rise? So I will need to lower both (for example to 4mL / day)?
