How to fix Red Sea 500 roller mat jam?

Hi All Have now assembled and installed the Red Sea 500 mat. Looks like a good piece of kit but did nothing over night after working all day. The status light was flashing and the ReefBeat app said ‘mat jam’. Everything looks OK so where is the problem and how to fix this? Am beginning to think that Red Sea kit is aesthetically pleasing but not so reliable. Would love to be wrong here!

Post a picture of your setup. People install these wrong all the time and then blame the hardware.
