How to improve Frag Swaps & Aquarium Shows

What's missing from the common Frag Swap and or Aquarium shows?

Sometimes I leave a little underwhelmed.. What would help in improving these events? No suggestions is to big or small?

What the “frag swaps” and shows are missing is that enthusiasm and “spread the love” element that used to exist. Maybe I’m the old man yelling at the sky, but things nowadays seem overly commoditized and corporatized, among vendors and hobbiest alike.
