Hello reef friends

I need some help my 120 gallon tank my nitrate are at 100 ppm I changed my water and changed my filter sock out what am I doing wrong? Need all the help I can get.

Thank you

Best way is with water changes. Pull the nutrient rich water out and add new saltwater.
Do it in small increments over a couple days to weeks as to not have other nutrients swing too hard.
Other thing you could do would be to implement a refugium and let the macro algae consume the nitrates.
