I have a 120g upstairs- half of my basement if finished. The plumbing would have to span 20 feet in length and 20 feet high for the top of the returns.

What is the best way to set this up? Return pump brand and model? Is this even feasible?

The devil’s always in the details, but certainly feasible. You’d have to be able to run an adequate drain line with the proper slope and you’d need something like a panworld pump to handle the head and back pressure on the return.
