how to use Ph SM101 meter

i just got this from bs member .. and i have no idea how to use it.. before i used only TEST KIT to test all my chemical. now i just want to used it.. but no idea how to set up. please can someone give me advice how to use it.
i saw i have 2 botoom(buffer solutionph 4.003) and other is buffer solution ph6 .864... which one i need to use 1st......
