I use the Apple "Aperture" program to edit and manage RAW files on my MacBook Pro. It's available from the online App store for about $80, which is actually a pretty good deal.

Usually the camera will come with software that will allow you to import the files to your Mac. I also use Lightroom as well as picasa and the canon software that's bundled with the camera.

I use Adobe Lightroom, but that is more than some people are willing to pay. Aperture is a good one as well and is cheaper.
