That's probably good. Some suggestions would be doing some odd tunnel structures with 1.5" or 2" PVC for them as caves. Or breaking those rocks and using mortor to create more caves and swimming space.

Just remember that eels are practically blind and very impulsive. So anything that isn't glued down, will be knocked over. So be careful with high structures as well as heavy rocks that are not already on the bottom.

yea gonna cement the rocks together i have made the structure abit higher
