HTML Code help

I HATE that stupid character! :p It keeps showing up on my webpage even though it's not written in the HTML code. I'm using the HTML editor that is on my cpanel and I'm fixing it and then saving it, but it's STILL there! Is there something in my code that's written wrong or what's the deal? Thanks for any help you can give :)

those cpanel editors are JUNK IMO.
