RepliedI would take one if you have one available. DM me, thanks.
That sucks. Hopefully to half recovers for u and does well.Sad news. My hungs took a crap. Assuming a tang ran into it the other week and snapped the top half off. Bottom half died but top half is still hanging in.
I hope so but might be reaching out to you for another one. That sucks. Hopefully to half recovers for u and does well.
Hopefully it will recover, in my experience this piece is one of the hardiest acros in my collectionI hope so but might be reaching out to you for another one.
Glad to see you active again Therman! Not a great photo, but here it was as a decent sized colony. This was after I had cut several large branches out of the middle. I made several frags and shared them but then it started losing color and stalled out. It does not seem like a coral that likes to be fragged.

X-37B , i just realized i sold you the frag. glad its growing. it was a slow grower for me also for a long time and then just took off.Mine is a slow grower. I have it at 300+ par. Going to move it to my 100g halide once the system is stable.
1.5 years growth under photon 50's and or4 uv/v bars.
Colors come and go but not much color compared to the original look.

We will see what it does under halides once the new system is stable.X-37B , i just realized i sold you the frag. glad its growing. it was a slow grower for me also for a long time and then just took off.
I'm moving to a new home in the next 3 weeks. i think i'm going to place my 250W Radium Halides and M80 ballast back on, with radion supplements to get the pop also when the Halides turn off.We will see what it does under halides once the new system is stable.
I have a few other slow growers that I will test under halides also.
Looking for a homewrecker now as I just located a WD local that just needs to heal before I pick it up.
I thought I would run the Radium but I like the look of the 10K with the edge bars.I'm moving to a new home in the next 3 weeks. i think i'm going to place my 250W Radium Halides and M80 ballast back on, with radion supplements to get the pop also when the Halides turn off.
So sorry about the loss of itFor me, this was the most stubborn acro I’ve ever tried to keep next to RRC JD. Here was mine probably at its “peak” after 2 years of dormancy and then it got knocked into one of my Gigantea nems shortly after.![]()
I don't want to hijack this thread, but what is that reddish frag in the frag rack right above the Hungs? That colony is killer! I’m hoping to get to a colony in the next decade ;) true colors really pop under a 14k halide.
