Firmware update is not working properly and lights won't connect to wifi 90% of the time. Anyone have fixes or thoughts.

No problem here. I'd contact CS. Maybe a problem with the radio inside. Try a different device to connect to it.

WiFi extender. These lights have weak radios in them. Solve that and it will work.

I've had no issues with my primes though
