Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this, but does anyone have any recommendations on what settings to put the lights at to get good pictures? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

I keep playing with my colors but cant seem to find the sweet spot. I will keep playing and if I find it i will let you know.

I Find it much easier to tune the camera's white Balance. I get the light set to what i want then make a custom wb profile. All depends on your camera though.

Yeah, even with the cheapest, oldest DSLR or a halfway decent modern Point and Shoot, changing the white balance is the easiest way to go - spend $10 on a white or gray card and you will be set. With a white card, I have no problem shooting under 20K with my Radion Pro. If you can't do that, set the light to 10-12K and hope for the best with the auto white balance.

I find that turning down the red/violet/green channels eases post-processing but it's still a necessary step to get things as accurate as possible. Some cameras allow you to set a white balance at 10000k. With that setting, I find that pictures taken under my normal daylight peak is pretty close: 85% both blues, 45% white, 55% uv, and 25-30% red/green/violet.
