Hydros App - can it be set to always on?

I want to set up a tablet with my Hydros app open and running 24/7. Anyone know if there is a way to do this without setting up a weird macro to log it back in constantly?

If you leave app up and running there will be a blue square in the lower right corner of the screen with a circle with an arrow. If you press that it will start updating again from the cloud. Everything goes through the cloud server between your device with the app and the controllers. I use my iPad to check on things so I do not have a mounted screen.
