Is there a reason they didnt use 1/4" or 6mm tubing?
Finding things like the quickfiy bulkheads is impossible.

That is probably the way the pumps come from Kamoer when CoralVue gets them. I have some barb fittings the fit in my 1/4" tubing and I use a small piece of the tubing that comes with the X10's between the barb fittings on the Blenny and the barb fitting I have in my 1/4" tubing. I don't have a photo of the Blenny but here is one with the pumps before using the Blenny. It is the same barb fittings since I just changed the pumps.

Most regular duty dosing pumps do NOT use 1/4" lines. Why would the Blenny be any different?
