Yea try it on bluetooth and see if it does work and does not give you the same issue.
If it doesn't it could be the network connection or possibly internet.
I would also reboot your router.
If you renamed it I do not think you need to redo wifi though.
Maybe retry setting up the Wifi again maybe something went wrong.
If you still have issues maybe try Coralvue Hydros support forums.
Are You connecting through app or web page?

I have some decent network gear, not consumer stuff that has to be rebooted often. The fact it only occurred after I was gonna let it update fw again makes me think something went awry. Bluetooth works fine though so that definitely means something wifi related.

Where do I get to the web app? Assuming the private IP of the controller - any path?

Has anyone gotten their hands on the new hydros wifi auto feeder? It looks to be available on the coralvue website right now

No I did not test it and not sure if any of the other testers did, may have been inhouse.
I do need to order one to try. Price is great.

Their pricing on upgrades is amazing and honestly 75% of the reason I chose a Hydros over another Apex. I love my Apex but it hurts every time I buy a piece of Neptune gear.

35 bucks for the auto feeder is a no brainer. I may purchase today and report back with the features. I’m hoping it can report when it feeds for checking when you’re out of town.

Protein skimmer setup questions

I want to have a delay start after feed mode. I have an AIO. The back chamber water rise when I turn off the return pump in feed mode. When it get back to normal mode, the skimmer cup can quickly fill with water.

I don’t see delay start option in hydros control. I supposed I can use MIN off time in ad advance setting.

is there a better way to do this?

This seems like the easiest and most elegant way to do it. How could it be better?

Would be nice if you could hard program a delayed start for an output outlet. It's common for other controllers.

I'm a little unclear exactly how a MIN off time works with a feed mode. Set feed mode to 10 minutes and MIN off to 10+n where n is the delayed start?

Watch this video about 45 min in they tell you everything you need to know on setting up a skimmer with Hydros.

First thoughts when opening the auto feeder “Jesus that’s big”

the feed mechanism itself is about as long and wide as a flat opened hand

Set up the first feeder. Very simple, similar process to setting up the power strip. The rotation noise is like any small servo motor you’d expect. I wouldn’t think you’d hear it over your tv from a distance but if it were quiet you’d know it fed. I’ll be loading mine with pellets and see how the feeding port adjuster goes. As you can see there’s many adjustments to the feed slide for amounts and you can adjust for it to spin multiple times while feeding.

I bought one, not this one it is an iLonda it is wifi also.
It is identical to this one from coralvue the mounts, everything is exact and you can add the ehime feeder cup to it so the food does not just go into the overflow. Don't know if this one has that.. the feeder cup or whatever they call it makes all the differance in the world.
The only thing different is the name on the top.
Wifi setup was 123 no issue, usb plugged it into the wifi strip differance was this one was 23.00 with out the feeder cup that was 15 or 20 dollars.
Works flawlessly.

Looking for some help. My control 2 will send me a message saying device has been offline too long but when looking at the controller it still is blue. I have a new router about 12 feet away from it separated by a wall, I have a new cable from connection outside to router. Problem seems to start happening after I connected the second quad outlet . Any ideas or advice?
