If you have trouble installing the new FW 244 to any of your Hydros devices (specifically the XP8) try the following items to see if they help resolve the failed download issue:
1) Reboot your router - this helps in some situations
2) Reboot the device and collective from the APP under the top right menu, Device Properties.
3) Power cycle all hydros devices and allow to power down.
