What settings are best for a 54g bow front corner unit?

I feel like my gyre is blowing everyone the wrong way now that I’ve added a sump and my underwater filter (which provided water pushing lol) is GONE, I’ve placed the gyre in the same ish place as it was before but now with an overflow and outtake water movement I’m not sure. I don’t even have my powerhead on at the moment. Photos for reference, but also just not quite sure how to use this Hydros app to its fullest extent.

I have the controller that you can add another IceCapp gyre to, and I have some jebao ones that are compatible too. I just feel the tank is too oddly shaped for two gyres, but now that I’ve added the sump everyone is angry with the movement of the powerhead and gyre.

it made my hammer recede into its skeleton when it was sideways. i mostly meant which settings on the app would make it more appropriate if i retry sideways?

Did you try moving the grill of the gyre? You can direct the flow by turning the grill. It looks like the gyre aimed at the hammer. Gyre on 1%-9% should not be too much, unless its aimed directly at the hammer.

THANKS! I didn’t know I could move the grill!?!!! I also set it to 6-8% ocean swell during the night and a little higher during the day. I moved it weirdly sideways and mid tank too because my roommate bought a torch that needed to be happy as well so I was adjusting it all over the place after the torch settled and I glued it in.
