Hydros iv fallback / x10 dose low voltage

have been using an x4/x10/xp8/kraken with no issue and just tried setting up the iv and dosers on the x10. Im getting a low voltage error on the dosers and fallback on the IVand can’t manual test for the dosers. Any idea why?

All connections are solid and I don’t see any red flags on any controller stats

how did you plug in the command bus cables/terminator plugs for the collective; specifically the x10?
 
I’m not familiar with using the kraken, but I recall having to use a terminator on the first port of my x10 and command bus as the second port since the x10 has its own power port and should not be shared or powered by other devices. Was also advised to use the x10 as the main device in the collective.. not sure if this helps.

I’ll try swapping a terminator onto the x10

You also need to use the X10 power supply that came with it. So power supply, command bus to kraken. Otherwise the pumps say low voltage.
 
Do you have either the power supply for the X10 plugged into the X10 or a force port power connector from a kraken force port that is setup for constant on and have that plugged into the power connector on the X10. The drive ports and pumps only get their power from the power port side and not the command bus. The command bus cannot supply the current needed for those ports if you have multiple pumps running at one time.

Got it working last night. Not exactly sure why but I shut everything down and unplugged power to the controller. Then I plugged them back in and swapped a terminator to the 10

The terminators only allow communications between the controllers in the collective. It is a resistor that is attached between two of the pins in the connector. Without it there is no communications on the bus. So they only need to be on each end of the collective where there is an open bus port. It should not matter on small collective where each controller is in the collective. In larger collectives you would want to spread out the power givers in the collective if at all possible.
