Hydros Minnow not dosing

Hello!
I bought my first Hydros product because I've heard they are more user friendly. I got a Minnow and got it calibrated. I set 2 schedules, one for my All For Reef and another for AB+. The doser did not dispense either product.

I did find set up a little confusing, it wasn't clear to me if I need to set both heads as output and then set a schedule for each. I was disappointed that I couldn't find a YouTube set up video and the set up instructions on Coralvue are what I followed.

Any idea?

From a quick glace, it looks like you didn't specify a doser in photo 2+3 (doser 1)
You should be able to hit the arrow and specify which head you want to use

You can check your logs for the doser (whatever you named it)
Doser count will allocate more than 1 doser to perform an action from what I recall.

Doser count is how many dosers should be used in that schedule. You would select one for each of these and then under the dropdown select the actual named device that should be used.

Also make sure on the status section that the dose head is not switched to the off position

You want to have your AFR pump assigned to your AFR schedule and your AB+ pump assigned to your AB+ schedule.

You might want to double check your doser speed. I noticed that each of your pumps has a different ml/min assigned and I thought they would have the same speed.

The Minnow pumps can only run at 25, 40 or 55ml a minute. Set the speed in the pump output settings and also choose the speed in the schedule. For dosing those I would use 25ml a minute and also calibrate them at that speed.

Idk, it's just not making sense to me. Look at my output screen, what even is an outpout?output? I'm super bummed out, I had an expectation that this would be easier to understand but now I just feel dumb.

Do you want output AB overridden to off. It shows that it has. It needs to be in auto unless you are calibrating it if it is a dosing pump. Here is the output settings for one of my Minnow pumps. I use them for AWC pumps but they are still used in a dosing schedule. I use the flow rate of 55ml a minute and it still runs for about 15 minutes each time 4 times a day but I change out about a gallon a day.

From a quick glace of the screenshots I can see the main issue. You have the pump setup, you have the schedule setup...but for doser 1 of the schedule...you have not assigned a doser to that schedule.

If you see where Doser 1 is currently blank, no doser is selected for that schedule.

Please make that adjustment and double check.

We can confirm the scheduled dosage not only by visual confirmation, but by checking the LOGS page.

There you can see a chart of when outputs turn on/off.
