Hey guys, I hope all is well! Also, I hope im posting this in the correct area, if not im really sorry. Ive been running my hydros collective for roughly a year and half now, I really like it. Prior to this i spent a couple years without a controller.
I recently bought a hydros sole which replaced an Ecotech Versa. I enjoyed the versa because it was incredibly simple but im struggling to understand the sole. Ive researched and even experimented with the sole but I cant get it to do what I need it for.
Its pretty simple, starting at 730pm and ending at 11am (Dosing only at night) I need the sole to dose roughly 2200 mls constantly throughout the times posted above. The versa was so simple, I set my times and the amount I wanted to dose. It gave me a constant drip of roughly 2.3-2.5mls every minute starting at 730pm and ending at 11am giving me a total of roughly 2200-2300 mls (my math maybe a little off, im going this from memory).
I have messed around with the schedule that I created on the sole, specifically, the dose count and dose speed. Initially, l thought the doser speed was going to be roughly the same as my versa. I set up the doser speed to be 2.4 mls a min and for some reason I set up the doser count to 48 thinking it will give me constant drip for the scheduled hours. That definitely didn't happen, at the end of my schedule the sole dosed 45.8 mls twice sometimes 1 to 3 times an hour but fell 1100 mls short.
I was thinking of taking the doser count to 1 and increasing the doser speed. Like I said I only need it to dose 730pm to 11am with a constant drip equaling to 2200 mls when the schedule ends. I know this has to be user error but the versa was so simple that its making me want go back to the versa. Also, I reached out to hydros but it was last night and I dont think they are available on the weekend. Lastly, the sole is dosing RODI water into an avast marine kalk stirrer.

Can anyone give me some advice? I really appriciate the help!

This looks right to me, it should split the 2200 ml up into 48 doses, so 45.8ml/dose. With 48 doses starting at 7:30PM and last dose at 11AM, something like every 20 or 30 mins or so. Coralvue would be the best to dig into this, since they can look at your system remotely and see if something is funky.

That all looks correct from what I know about my Sole. Just curious why you switched from the Versa to the Sole? Sounds like you were very happy with it?
