Hello is anyone running the hygger 24v 396gph return pump in a fluval 13.5. I tried the sicce 1.0 and it was to loud. I moved it all around the chamber and no matter what I did it hummed loud. Maybe a bad pump. I tried it outside of water and rattled the same. So I put the stock pump back in. I do have the vca dual 1/4inch rfgs. Looking to upgrade my pump for more flow. Looking to avoid adding a wave maker if possible. I have looked at pumps like the eheim compacton 1000 also. Any info is greatly appreciated

Yeah I've never had a sicce pump make a noise like that. They have a really good warranty, so I would just email them and I bet they'll send you another one.
