I Can't Upgrade My Account Subscription.

Afternoon all. I'm starting a second thread because I seem to not be getting a response in the Forum Feedback section.

I have tried and failed on every attempt to upgrade to a paid account. I have used Google Chrome, Explorer and right now Safari on an iPad Pro.

On every attempt on a PC, home and work, I receive the following message.


And here is the same image showing on the iPad.


So now I have used Two different desktops (pc's) and an IOS device and I still can't give you guys money. Surely there has to be a problem on the Forum's end. Can someone please look into this, I can't be the only person having this problem.

Please forgive the double post but I hang on here everyday and would love to be a supporter.

Any issues using your PayPal for other purchases? I think I read in your other thread that it worked fine for other purchases but just wanted to make sure.

I had to use a card linked to my PayPal when I upgraded. Have you tried that? For some reason it didn't work when I tried to use existing funds in my account but went through fine with the card.

I know this is frustrating, but there has to be reason this transaction isn't going through.

No problem at all. My paypal is linked to my Bank/Amex. I never have funds in my account. I was able to make multiple purchases today through other websites which leads me to believe it is not on my end, though of course the world of tech is full of surprises so who knows, but obviously there is a glitch somewhere and I would hope someone on the forums end is looking into it.

I'm kinda surprised there isn't a second payment option for account upgrades. Most other websites have the option of bypassing PayPal these days.

SUCCESS! Finally you took my money! It only worked after I put a balance in the account. That has never happened before and I've been using PayPal since the inception. OH well, I'm happy to help out here.
