Yeah everything seems to be fine, I can use the khd in gcc, ive just calibrated probe, it seems everything is working but its flashing red yellow and blue.
Don't know if it helps but the red sort of fades into yellow whereas the blue and yellow are distinct different flashes, if that makes sense to you.

I am no expert but I think Blue you could ignore because it does that all the time when connected to MyGHL. Red is Alarm and Yellow is Warning. Is the Alarm red light lit on the P4 ? You could try disconnecting the power from the P4 and then reconnecting to see if clears

What happen if you "Start a measurement now" ?
Maybe it's just because no measurement was done.

First test is 14.7, im thinking it could be a bit out, 2 other test kits show 8 dkh.
Ill do another test and see what it comes up with.
Is it best to use 100ml sample water or 80ml sample water?

It's normal, a least 3 tests are needed first time.
80ml is ok, I personally i use 50ml sample water and it work well.

Yellow flashing solved. just connected via app and there is the warning telling me its doser 1, checked it and I didn't tick the do not monitor level checkbox, ive ticked it and its stopped flashing.
Maybe something in the instructions would not go amiss.
GHL Please listen to your customers. You have already lost a sale from me for another full ghl set up, and a sale of an ion director, so how many other sales have you lost because your instructions are basically useless when things don't go as they should? or maybe you just don't care, but I implore you to listen to what people complain about and fix things.
