Now that i have your attention =)
After months of telling myself i was gonna take a break and sell it all
Reason for this i (had my first child )
I finally got my wife to let me upgrade instead of getting out.
I was able to purchase a new red sea reefer 250 =) with all kinds of new goodies
Here is what i was thinking
Btw this my first build thread not new to reefing
Please lmk if should add anything
Happy reefing =)

Tank
- Red Sea Reefer 250 with black cabinet
- Red Sea 36" x 24" Customizable DIY Aquarium Net Cover Kit
Flow
- Reef Octopus VarioS-6 Controllable DC Circulation Pump
- Manifold with gate valves to supply the reactor and refugium .i want make the refugium out of 10 gallon tank or whaterver i can get to fit
- Replace Red Sea return nozzle with dual nozzles
- Ecotech mp10qd have one undecided if i want another or a gyre
Filtration
- Stock Red Sea filter socks also have filter cup to try
- Really want Synergy Reef TS-26 Sump (Refugium Sump)
- Convert stock Red Sea ATO reservoir into refugium for chaeto. probally gonna use 10 gallon tank if i can make it fit
- Nyos Quantum 160 skimmer ( still need to buy )
- AquaMaxx media reactor
Lighting
- Two ai hydra 26 hd
- Will need refugium light when i get the fudge set up
- AquaIllumination Single Arm Hydra LED Tank Mounting Kit x2 i also have the red sea ones i did not like so i grabbed these
Heating
- Cobalt Aquatics Neo-Therm Heater 150w
Controller
- Neptune Apex ( cant belive i spent 800$ on this shesh dont tell my wife )
- Standard Apex probes in skimmer chamber
Sand
- Tropic Eden Reefflakes Aragonite Sand - 30lb
- Tropic Eden Mesoflakes Aragonite Sand 30lb
Rock
- Might buy 60-80 lbs of life rock.
- I have 80lbs but its covered in pom pom xenia dont want another pom pom tank
Livestock
- I will be tranfering my fish and all my yummas rest will go to friends
- bonded clowns nothing fancy
- Stary blenny
- Firefish
- File fish one of my favorite fish so active and ate all my aptasia and majano =)
- Scotter blenny camo colered one
- Yumas around 50 they grow like weeds had for 10 years lol alot of up and downs they can survie anything
- Watermelon nem
- Big tyree toadstole
- Halloween hermit had for few years he eats everything including bubble alage
- blood red fire shrimp

very nice. I keep seeing the nicer plumbing on peoples tanks and makes me wish I did that. Then I remember how lazy I was about just the cables. i am happy with what i got lol. Yours is sexy

ty i told myself i was gonna do a nice clean setup .first time doing a sump in the 12 years i been reefing =)

Nice. One thing - The angled secondary downpipe is typically installed 180 degrees from the way it is in those pictures, so that it drains into the first compartment with the main downpipe, and any water coming down it won't bypass the mechanical filtration (socks or cups).

ty for catching that i will change it .going to be changing them to red also but waiting for red sea to get some more fitting

tank is still dry but i got my rodi in :)hopefully get some water in it this weekend
not sure if i'm gonna order another mp10 or get a gyre
i don't think i will transfering much rock from my 40b i had enough of the pom poms
