I need 3/4" bulkhead

Do you know where I can find one? I brought the one from reef's life store but it slip n threaded. It doesn't work well for I want to use for. Two reason one is it has a special threading tht will not work with other thread fitting n two it slip. If you know anyone who is selling please let me know ASAP
