I can find 25mm x 3/4" easy. This is for my return line on my 180g. I do not want to choke it down even further. Does anyone know where to find a 25mm×1" pvc fitting? Even better if it's sch 80 and a slip×slip union. Thanks yall.

Fun fact? Imperial plumbing is measured by ID, metric plumbing is measured by OD!I do not want to choke it down even further.
schedule 40 3/4” PVC has an outside diameter of 26.7mm. How will that work without the adapter?Fun fact? Imperial plumbing is measured by ID, metric plumbing is measured by OD!I do not want to choke it down even further.
So, 25mm is actually technically <=3/4” sch.40!

Oh, I’m saying that 3/4” schedule 40 PVC pipe has an inside diameter very similar to 25mm metric pipe, thus flow restriction from an adapter would be somewhat negligible!schedule 40 3/4” PVC has an outside diameter of 26.7mm. How will that work without the adapter?
That will adapt you from metric to imperial with negligible restriction, yes!To clarify, the 25mm×3/4" is what I need?
I’m sure one exists if you scour deep enough into the bowels of the internet; alibaba, maybe an odd Amazon seller… my cursory search didn’t pull up any promising options!Do they make a larger adapter? I was hoping to run 1" as far as I could on my return line. I know I could use another reducer but I would love to minimize the fittings.
Drilling isn’t terribly hard! — I’d be happy to help if I was in your area!I havent though about that. Not sure how that would work with my screen top I will be making. I have considered having someone drill an additional return hole buy not sure what that would cost.
that's what I wantUse a 25-32mm plain glue bush, then a 32-1” plain glue to threaded.
