this coral was in a neglected tank i took it it started doing better but now this happened what am i supposed to do to help it survive?

Turbinaria, they require optimal calcium, magnesium and alkalinity values close to NSW, with strong lighting and mod to high flow.

To add to that you may want to frag off any good pieces to try and save it.
