Like the Title Says,
I am looking at purchasing a barely used 200 Cone.
And was wondering if anyone is running one and what their comments were on this Skimmer.

Thanks
For Any Help.

i run an I-Tech 100 on my elos mini and love it.i have owned every model at one point or another and all of them worked great, ran silent and pulled some nasty gunk out.i can post some pics if you would like to see the stuff that i was pulling out.

If you have pictures,
I would love to see them.

The Fellow Hobbyist I am buying it from said it worked great and he loved it.
He is getting out of the Hobby and wants it gone.

this was from my 100 on a 60g tank (90g system)from 2 days dialed in to dry skim.

hope the pics help you make your decision.i can tell you that all of the owners i have talked to are more than happy with their skimmers.

^^^ like that guy don't have a biased opinion lol!!!! Aren't you part owners or something??? Ahahahah lol just playing..;)

Wow!!!! It's like that huh??? I was playing with ya.. I remember reading one Of your just last week or something you said you were part of them... Hmmmm..

Interesting.....

RC blows, they ban so many people for the most absurd reasons.I can't even mention the word" skimmer" without being threatened with being banned since I am part of I-Tech skimmers.I never once tried to mention the skimmers I'm part of but since they know they pmed me with a list if rules lol.that site is a joke that's run by *****.I really don't post much there anymore and came over here.they have lost some great knowledgeable reefers due to their egos, but RC's loss is R2R's gain.I for one wouldn't doubt they have accounts here and spy for others to ban.

things change quickly in buisness and i ended up leaving for my own reasons.nuff said about that.at this point im just a hobbiest with alot of plastics fab/welding knowledge.

No worries bro... Like I said I was playing with ya lol...;) those skimmers do look like they work very well I have never played with one...

:sure: Can't we all just get along :sure:

Thanks for the pictures

The present owner of this skimmer was very happy with the Performance.

I am in need a new skimmer and this one is less than 6 month old.
Plus,
:sure:It is at a fraction of the Original Cost :sure:

i run a 200 and am happy but think my euro reef 135 kicked the thigs ***. i have friends that have other sizes and the range from very happy to i wasted my money. i think theres alot of things that weigh in on skimmer performance and sizing one correctly is the biggest problem. you actually want the thing working all the time. i also have an atb small that i am not very found of. like i said my euroreef kicked both of there butts but was loud as hell. i will give them this though. the tunzes are quiet as hell. best skimmer/quietest pump i ever ran.

I have the I-tech 400 v1 with 2 sicce pumps ATB pinwheel. Just took the skimmer down and upgraded with the red dragon pinwheel. Haven't tried it out yet with the new pinwheel. It was on my 60G frag tank
