i got this new green mushroom coral 2 days ago, the first i got it i put it in the sand bed and it opened 1 hour later, than i wanted to move it to a peace of rock but while moving it i broke the plastic behind it so it closed and now it looks like this.
is there a chance for it to make it and live or should i take it out?

mushrooms typically prefer less intense lighting and low flow. I don't know your lighting intensity of where your flow is in terms of its new spot. It looks mad to me so considering that input, maybe it's not happy in its new spot? or it just needs time to acclimate to the new spot.

i have a 160w maxpect led light. and where it is the flow is really low and its not really in a high place. am sure the spot is not the reason it closed when i broke the plastic think that it was attached to and i think i hurted it

it could be that it reacted to the break off and its new spot. I would put it lower with that much light....JMO

Most mushrooms are pretty tough. If other corals are happy in the tank I wouldn't sweat it too much. I could have gotten torn and just needs a few days to heal. If its going to die it will most likely bleach or start melting away.
