I will buy ot Tommorow first thing .
Something recommend for nano 15 gallon?

You will be limited to whatever is at the store. Airstone or whatever small powerhead in stock is fine. In the meantime, assuming no sump, I'd drop the water level an inch or two to help the HOB break water more. Is the clown still breathing fast at the surface?

You need some o2 exchange asap. I think I see a HOB filter in one of the pics but that's not enough.
I bought this filter because I'm not satisfied with the all in one filter that I got here

I saw him today grinding on the sand and breathing on the top of the tank , he seems calm now under the rock getting treaty from my skunk shrimp

Prime will actually kill all of them good bacteria in the starting it up I will get some sort of nitrifying bacteria poured into the tank ATM colony or blue colony is what I use when I start tank. It kind of sounds weird though that you started the tank without some of the equipment needed. Like your fish might be going crazy because there is not enough oxygen in the tank and because there is not enough beneficial bacteria in the tank DEFINITELY DO NOT USE PRIME if you do at this stage of your aquarium it will be like starting over the cycle process . IM TELLING YOU THIS FROM EXPERIENCE on my first tank the same thing happened and I had added prime and had to add it every day just to get them to be ok for a bit but they nice it where’s of there would be no more of the good bacteria on the tank to stop the bad stuff naturally so I had to restart. I say all this with passion, GO FOR IT AND GET BETTER AT IT all we can do is learn you got this

Prime dechlorinates water... Typically used to treat tap water and remove chlorine. It will reduce oxygen levels as well, but it's not going to kill nitrifying bacteria.

+1 to the clown having early stages of brook, one of the photos shows mucous coat to be thickening.

OP I would recommend following @vetteguy53081 for treatment processes. Brook is common in clowns and can be deadly if left untreated.

I bought an wave maker and pointed it to the top, every one seems pretty happy, water not cloudy anymore
I still don't know how to treat my clown without qt aquarium, I'm not sure I have the space to do it , maybe a small one
3-5 gallons top.
Fresh water dip will help?
He seems better though he is not on the the top / itching on the grown

Two minutes will do nothing but may be secondary bacterial lesions also with accelerated brook which mimics ich but need clearer and brighter pictures

Got now pic

My best shot is to chlorine dip and place him back in my DT?
I can try set up emergency tank from a plastic box but it will take time to cycle

Thank you for pics which makes a huge difference with diagnosis. This is Parasite: Ich and all fish will need to be placed in a separate quarantine setting and treated with coppersafe at treatment level 2.25 for a full 30 days (no less) monitored by a reliable Copper Test kit such as Hanna Brand- No API brand. Also monitor Ammonia levels while in quarantine with a reliable test kit and add aeration during treatment using an air stone.
The display tank will have to be kept fishless (FALLOW) for 6-8 weeks to assure the existing parasites go through their life cycle without a host fish and die off
A quarantine tank can be as simple as a tank from a second hand store or a starter kit from Walmart which most of the needed essentials.
