I want to add more fish.... But what can I add?!?!?

I would add the following fishes. Please ask if you have any specific questions. They should all do well in a 165 gal tank. Need some sand bed.
Eightline Flasher wrasse (tight cover needed for all wrasse)

Black leopard Wrasse (sand bed needed) Can be keep in pair or harem

CBB

China Wrasse (can be keep pair or harem)

Mandarin, can be keep in pair. Here is my Male. If you only keep one, get a male

Melanurus Wrasse (or Vrolik wrasse) This is my female Vrolik

Meleagris Leopard (can be keep in pair or harem, sand bed needed) This is my male

A harem of Dwarf Angel. I see that you have Coral Beauty, get one or two more. Here are my harem of Flame and Flameback angels

Two more tangs. I recommend Purple and Powder Blue tang

And a Regal Angel or two.

I use the Two Little Fishies :"Veggiemag" magnetic clip. I use 1 or 2 sheets of nori, fold along the lines (by 2) until it is 1/6 of the original width. Then fold in half and clip. My tangs will eat one sheet in an hour or two. The Dejardins and powder blue tangs attack the nori like sharks.

It really depends on how well you care for them. I don't QT my tank for Ich and my fish never have Ich. Infact if I add a fish with Ich to my tank, the Ich fizzle out and gone in a few weeks. Other fishes don't get infected from the sick fish.
I QT my anemones, corals and Clams but not fish.
