Thanks! I have no idea how much par, never measured it. 250? It has a quanta helix at 85%, 2 xr15s (g3) at 90w and an ai blade 39inch at 40w. Whatever the spread on those is. It is getting medium high flow i would say. Running 2 gyres on opposite ends of the tank. Just dosing all for reef and ammonium bicarbonate. Also aquaforest probio s and f. Sometimes zeobak.
