Just purchased my ice cap gyre and placed in the aquarium. Fiddled with the feed mode and back to normal mode and the pump will no longer pump water. It is on and connected but does not pump water no matter what i try. Anyone with help possibly?

When it is powered up and not running, what lights are showing on the controller? It’s a brand new unit, was working for 10minutes and then stopped. I checked anyways and everything is fine.
I’m sorry to hear :/I bought 4 Ice Cap gyres (2-4k & 2-2k) with controllers. Worst purchase I ever made. They have never run properly. Waste of hard earned money
I was able to get the gyre to work, but am having trouble getting a schedule to work automatically. Only pumps when input is set to manual. When it is powered up and not running, what lights are showing on the controller?
unfortunately it was too late, it just had me forcefully updateTry resetting it. I’ve been having problems with mine in firmware 192, if it prompts you to update don’t. 190 works way better.
They’re very finicky but i am genuinely enjoying the flow it provides, maybe a little to heavy and even picks up my sand bed in some spots in the bottom cornersHave there been any talk of new improved designs for gyres? I really want to use them, they are a great concept, but issues make them a hassle compared to a normal powerhead.
