Icecap rodi problem

I have an icecap 4 stage rodi and i had to move its location so it was unhooked for about an hour but when i hooked it all back up and turned on the water feed to it the 4th stage wont completely fill with water unless i hold my finger on the out line but when it fills up and i take my finger off all the water drains back out

just has air in it. Let it run and loosen that canister to let the air out and tighten it back down once water starts leaking out. Have a towel handy.
