Ich after symptoms

So I’ve had ich for about a week and a half and I have been able to help my purple tang reduce ich on him now I’m noticing him be a little lethargic and hiding a lot more and he’s eating but not as much as he used to is this normal and is it like the aftermath of the ich.

Were you absolutely sure it was Ich, and what treatment did you use for it?

yes, I’m pretty sure it was ich and I did focus with metroplex in there food
